Hey there, I’m Michelle!

I've been signing American Sign Language since I was 8 years old.

I love ASL. I love the Deaf Community and Deaf Culture. I love to see the impact that learning ASL has on the lives of children, adults, and families.

I believe that anyone can learn ASL

and that there is more than one way

to learn any language. It's my mission to help more people learn, not just to sign, but to really communicate and connect with ASL, and I want to help you experience the joy that signing can bring into your life. I create ASL courses that support multi-sensory language learners and help people of all ages

to communicate with their friends, children, and members of the Deaf community.

What will I learn in the Free Level 1A Course?

Do I need any prior experience with ASL?

How long do I have access to the course materials?

Can I learn ASL even if I’m not good with languages?

While we don’t offer a formal certificate for this free course (we do for the complete Stellar ASL Online Course), the real reward is the ability to start signing and build a brand new skill that will open a whole world of connection and opportunities. That’s priceless!
